Breath Awareness Exercises
1. Deep Belly Breathing
Find a comfortable seated position. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. Take a deep breath in through your nose, allowing your belly to rise as you fill your lungs with air. Exhale slowly through your mouth, feeling your belly fall. Repeat for several breaths.

2. Box Breathing
Inhale deeply for a count of 4, hold your breath for a count of 4, exhale for a count of 4, and then hold your breath for a count of 4. Repeat this cycle for several rounds, focusing on the rhythm of your breath.

3. Alternate Nostril Breathing
Close your right nostril with your right thumb and inhale through your left nostril. Close your left nostril with your ring finger, release your right nostril, and exhale through the right nostril. Inhale through the right nostril, close it, release the left nostril, and exhale through the left nostril. Continue alternating for several breaths.
